Please understand and agree that BuyMee Go may modify and update these terms and service rules periodically. Effective Date: November 01, 2023 Definitions: BuyMee Go: BuyMee Go refers to an online platform for "lifestyle service information" operated by Groupme LTD., including but not limited to the BuyMee Go website and BuyMee Go client. BuyMee Go utilizes its platform system to provide users with various network services such as merchant information, review information, consumption information, discount information, group purchases, etc. Merchant: A merchant refers to a third-party seller who publishes information on the BuyMee Go platform and provides online and offline goods or services to BuyMee Go users. They must comply with these terms and other relevant service rules. Review: A review refers to comments and personal opinions expressed by users on merchants through the BuyMee Go platform after consuming their products or services. Discount Information: Discount information refers to information about discount products or services published by merchants through BuyMee Go, including but not limited to the name, type, quantity, quality, and price of goods or services. Coupons: Coupons refer to electronic vouchers that users can receive for free or use in-store to enjoy reductions, discounts, or other benefits on services or products published by merchants on BuyMee Go. Interactive Information Service: Interactive information service refers to the service where users post text, images, etc., on the BuyMee Go interactive platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Interactive Platform"). The Review Interactive Platform includes, but is not limited to, review communities, review headlines, note functions, etc. I. User Account When registering, managing, and using your account, you should adhere to the principles of honesty, good faith, and legality. The registration information you submit to the platform must comply with legal requirements, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legal rights, public order, good customs, and authenticity of information. You must not submit any illegal or undesirable information. If there are changes to the information, you should update it promptly. If the information you provide is illegal, untrue, inaccurate, or not updated in a timely manner, resulting in legal liability or adverse consequences, you are responsible for the corresponding legal liability and adverse consequences. At the same time, BuyMee Go has the right to refuse to provide registration services to you. You agree and promise to use the BuyMee Go account in a legal, compliant, and reasonable manner: Your account nickname, avatar, and personal introduction, and other profile information you set, should not contain illegal or undesirable information, such as content that violates laws, morals, and public order and customs, including political, pornographic, vulgar, insulting, etc. Without the permission of others, you may not impersonate others to open a BuyMee Go account. You may not impersonate or mimic party, government, military, and other organizational information to open a BuyMee Go account. You may not maliciously register or use BuyMee Go accounts for illegal or improper purposes, engage in any behavior that harms national interests, infringes on the rights of others, or violates social morals, and may not use technical means to bypass or resist platform rules. You should understand and agree that the ownership and related rights of the BuyMee Go account belong to BuyMee Go, and you only have the right to use the account and are limited to personal use. Without the written consent of BuyMee Go, you may not allow others to use the account through gifts, transfers, sales, loans, etc. If you violate this provision, you are responsible, and BuyMee Go reserves the right to take corresponding measures and may request compensation for losses incurred by BuyMee Go. You are responsible for properly safeguarding account information, passwords, and other relevant information, and bear all legal responsibilities for any activities conducted in the name of the registered account, including but not limited to legal liabilities that may arise from any operation on the BuyMee Go platform. If unauthorized account usage or security vulnerabilities are discovered, you should immediately notify BuyMee Go. If you violate the above terms, BuyMee Go has the right to take measures such as requesting correction, prohibiting registration, deleting or blocking improper information, restricting the publication and modification of information, banning the account, and canceling the account. You understand and agree that you can register a new account or use an existing account to enjoy various services and functions of BuyMee Go, and you must comply with the provisions of the "BuyMee Go User Service Agreement." Some third-party websites or services may allow the use of a BuyMee account as one of their login methods or allow logging into BuyMee Go with other third-party accounts. You acknowledge that unless expressly stated by BuyMee Go, these websites or services are not operated by the company. You should independently assess the security and availability of such third-party websites or services and assume the associated risks and responsibilities on your own. II. User Management BuyMee Go services may involve the collection, storage, use, and sharing of user information. Users agree that BuyMee Go, when necessary, will process personal information according to the provisions of the privacy policy. BuyMee Go will regularly conduct security reviews of account information and published information and report to relevant departments. Users can post objective and truthful reviews and add merchant information on the BuyMee Go platform. However, BuyMee Go has the right to restrict the process of reviewing specific users or industries' reviews or merchant information. Users can receive activity or discount information in different ways and use coupons at offline merchants through the BuyMee Go platform. Users agree that others may obtain management permissions for merchants added by users on the BuyMee Go platform and may modify the information added by users. Users confirm that the map service is provided by Google. The information statements published by users must be true, objective, and legal, and users guarantee that the reviews, articles, pictures, and videos uploaded do not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright, and other legal rights of others. Users are prohibited from using BuyMee Go as a venue, platform, or medium for illegal activities and may not use BuyMee Go as a venue, platform, or medium for commercial activities without authorization or permission from BuyMee Go. If users violate these terms or any service rules, BuyMee Go has the right to take all necessary measures, including deleting published content, suspending or terminating the use of BuyMee Go accounts, and requiring full compensation. At the same time, BuyMee Go has the right to handle user behavior according to these terms and the User Service Agreement. III. Special Statement on Review Services: If you wish to use the services of Review Headlines, please register an account to open permissions. After obtaining permission, you can set avatars, nicknames, and introductions for the review account. You can publish articles, strategies, images, etc., on the review. You can also choose to use the review account to manage and delete the content you publish. When using Review Headlines services, you must comply with the provisions of these user terms. IV. Special Statement on Discount Services: You can browse discount or discount information on the BuyMee Go platform and use related coupons to participate in the products and services provided by merchants. Please note that all coupons and other consumer products displayed on the BuyMee Go platform are provided by merchants. If there are any issues or disputes, please resolve them with the merchants. The final interpretation right belongs to the merchant. V. Special Statement on Interactive Information Services: You should have the qualifications and conditions to carry out interactive information services on BuyMee Go (including reviews). If you generate legal liability or cause losses to the BuyMee Go interactive platform due to the information you publish, you should bear it yourself. The Review platform may implement a system for grading and classifying interactive information services, managing the credit rating of publishers, and managing a blacklist. Information published by users on the Review Interactive Platform must comply with relevant laws and regulations, rules, these terms, and the BuyMee Go User Service Agreement. If you violate relevant laws and regulations, rules, policies, these terms, or related service rules, BuyMee Go will take measures such as deleting information, restricting the use of functions, suspending the use of BuyMee Go and reviews, etc., depending on the situation. VI. Service Termination: BuyMee Go has the right to modify or interrupt free services at any time without prior notice to you. Paid services may be modified or interrupted after notification and handled subsequently in accordance with the principles of fairness, integrity, and equivalent compensation. If your account meets the following conditions, BuyMee Go has the right to terminate your use of the BuyMee Go account: no login for six consecutive months; no valid business not yet due; termination of your account does not violate relevant laws and regulations. In case of disputes, you can stop using BuyMee Go services and notify BuyMee Go. BuyMee Go may retain, store, and forward your relevant information and data without assuming responsibility. After the contract is terminated, BuyMee Go still has the right to assert rights based on illegal or breach of contract during your use of BuyMee Go services. VII. Intellectual Property and Other Rights Users need to carefully read and accept BuyMee Go's "Intellectual Property Statement," which is part of this agreement. The operating system of the BuyMee Go platform is independently developed by BuyMee Go and supported by technology. BuyMee Go has full rights to all data and information, including copyrights, patents, trademark rights, etc. You understand and agree that all content you publish on BuyMee Go, including reviews, articles, videos, etc., is protected by the "BuyMee Go Review User Service Agreement." VIII. Disclaimer BuyMee Go does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of any information provided by merchants that users obtain on the platform. Users should verify it themselves and bear any losses caused by it. BuyMee Go is not the producer and seller of specific goods/services. BuyMee Go will not be responsible for issues related to such goods/services and related after-sales services. For goods/services marked as self-operated on the BuyMee Go platform, the service rules for BuyMee Go self-operated goods/services apply. BuyMee Go does not assume responsibility for any information published by users on BuyMee Go. The rankings released by BuyMee Go are generated based on user evaluations, visit times, and browsing duration, etc., and do not involve merchant paid promotion. BuyMee Go does not assume any responsibility for the products and services in the rankings. BuyMee Go is not responsible for promotions or information obtained through channels not authorized by BuyMee Go. BuyMee Go reserves the right to modify information when obvious errors or out-of-stock situations are discovered. BuyMee Go has the right to delete information that violates these terms, service rules, user service agreement, and legal regulations. To the extent permitted by law, BuyMee Go is not responsible for any form of direct, indirect, accidental, special, etc., loss or damage. IX. Dispute Resolution When disputes occur between users and merchants, BuyMee Go will provide assistance within the scope permitted by laws and regulations. However, BuyMee Go does not assume any responsibility. If any dispute arises between users and BuyMee Go due to the content or implementation of this agreement, the two parties should actively negotiate for a resolution. If negotiations fail, they can file a lawsuit with the local court, according to this agreement's content. X. Feedback and Suggestions If users have any questions or suggestions, please provide feedback to BuyMee Go through the "Contact Us" section. Reporting reviews with related illegal content can be reported through the review. XI. Breach of Contract Liability You understand and agree that if you violate this agreement or other relevant service terms, rules, BuyMee Go has the right to take measures based on the nature of the violation, including but not limited to warnings, deleting illegal information, restricting or prohibiting the use of certain functions, temporarily freezing or permanently closing accounts, etc., and publicly announcing the handling results. If your violation causes losses to BuyMee Go, including but not limited to human and financial expenses, BuyMee Go has the right to request compensation for related losses. At the same time, BuyMee Go has the right to inform your rights subject, such as network service providers, according to the law, and request them to take related actions, including but not limited to disconnecting network connections and blocking related information. XII. Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms This agreement takes effect from the date of publication and is binding on both you and BuyMee Go. BuyMee Go has the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time, and the modified agreement takes effect when it is published on the BuyMee Go platform, without separately notifying you. You should regularly visit BuyMee Go to check the latest agreement. If you disagree with the modified content, you have the right to stop using BuyMee Go services. If you continue to use BuyMee Go services, it means you accept the modified agreement. XIII. Others BuyMee go respects and protects the personal privacy of all users using BuyMee go. Your personal information such as your name, phone number, and home address will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit permission or unless required by relevant laws and regulations. If you have any questions about the content of this agreement, you can contact BuyMee go's online customer service for consultation. We recognize that as an international business, some of our customers are resident in jurisdictions other than England and Wales. In certain circumstances, local laws of these jurisdictions, may by way of their application, afford rights to a customer in respect of the personal data that they provide to us. We anticipate that the rights set out in this Policy also provide you with such protection in relation to your personal information. Guardians should take responsibility for protecting minors when they receive internet services.
